On 20 October 2026, フェイスネットワーク announced the launch of the TOKYO MODULE brand and the publication of its brand website. The company is making a full-scale entry into the office and retail sectors, aiming to create urban spaces in collaboration with prominent architects and creators.
フェイスネットワーク, which develops income-generating real estate, launched the new TOKYO MODULE brand and is making a full-scale entry into the office and commercial facilities sectors. Leveraging its strengths built through expansion mainly in the 3 Jonan wards, the company has established a structure for providing one-stop services from design and construction through property management.
With “work, create, gather, and connect” as its key concepts, TOKYO MODULE comprises urban tenant buildings designed to support the growth of small and medium-sized companies, startups, and retail brands. As of the brand website’s publication, several projects had been unveiled, including TOKYO MODULE SENDAGAYA by Yuko Nagayama & Associates (永山祐子建築設計).
Prominent architects are engaged for the architectural design of each project, while creative direction is handled by Kashiwa Sato (佐藤可士和). Dynamic logo design is by Yugo Nakamura (中村勇吾), and the projects are being developed with a focus on lively streetscapes and shared spaces.
In its medium-term management plan for May 2026, the company set out plans to expand its business scope and develop larger properties. It will maintain its dominant strategy centered on the 3 Jonan wards while sequentially developing tenant buildings with a high level of design quality.
