NEXT TABLE Vol.3 was held at Cassolo on 6 September 2026, with Chef Sasaki Yudai (佐々木裕大) selected as the MVP chef from among 4 young chefs presenting their dining concepts. The MVP will be offered opportunities including supervising future menus and appearing on the official YouTube channel.
The dining presentation event “NEXT TABLE Vol.3: The Challenge of Young Chefs” was held at Restaurant Cassolo in Minato-ku, Tokyo. 16 chefs took part, and 4 presenters gave presentations. The 3 judges were leading figures in the fields of culinary arts, service and media.
Following the judging, Chef Sasaki Yudai (佐々木裕大) was selected as MVP and offered opportunities to build career capital through challenges such as supervising menus for future events at Cassolo and appearing on the official Chef’s value YouTube channel. The presenters included Wada Michio (和田道生), Tanizawa Nobuya (谷澤宜哉) and Isayama Takuma (諌山拓磨), for a total of 4 presenters.
The event was hosted by nocs and 株式会社Chef’s value, and the venue was Cassolo, located in Shintora-dori CORE. The 16 participants comprised food enthusiasts and people involved in the food-service industry. The 3 judges were Kuzukawa Kei (葛川敬), Usami Takashi (宇佐美貴士) and Oyama Tadashi (大山正).
The event was positioned as a forum for young chefs to share their expression, skills and creative vision. Each chef’s dish sought to convey its background and the thinking behind it.
Special supporters Kōrai Shōgo (髙麗翔伍), of Tokyo Gourmet Club, and Akira (あきら), a culinary-focused social media creator, also contributed by sharing information about the event and coverage of the day.
