News Securities Co., Ltd. has entered into a comprehensive business partnership agreement with ACB Securities, a subsidiary of Asia Commercial Bank. The companies will expand the scope of their existing partnership and collaborate in research, capital markets, seminars and business matching. The signing ceremony was held at ACB Securities’ headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City.
Specifically, News Securities will receive analytical reports from ACB Securities on Vietnam’s macroeconomy, politics and financial markets, as well as analyst reports on individual companies and sectors, strengthening its research and information capabilities. The companies are also expected to expand cooperation in capital markets, including mergers and acquisitions between Japanese and Vietnamese companies, fundraising and bonds.
The companies also plan to make full-scale efforts to hold regular Vietnam seminars in both countries and conduct business matching. They aim to strengthen initiatives connecting companies and capital markets in Japan and Vietnam.
