アトミクス raised its forecast for current fiscal-year ordinary profit from its previous projection, switching to an outlook for higher profit. The first-half forecast was also revised sharply upward, while projections for full-year net sales and profit have likewise been raised.
アトミクス announced an earnings revision during the afternoon session on 6 August, raising its forecast for consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2027 from ¥460 million to ¥700 million. Ordinary profit is now expected to increase year on year, while the first-half ordinary profit forecast was also substantially revised upward, from ¥85 million to ¥340 million.
The new assumptions include the partial resolution of difficulties in procuring raw materials caused by geopolitical risks, as well as progress in implementing price revisions in response to higher raw-material costs. As a result, net sales and profit are expected to exceed the previously announced forecasts.
The current fiscal-year earnings forecast has been revised to a level substantially above the previous plan, with first-half performance expected to continue growing. The announcement date was 2026-08-06, and the revision is based on consolidated accounting standards.
Overall, while price revisions continue in response to persistently high raw-material and energy prices, product supplies are being maintained and expanded, and attention remains focused on future earnings trends.
