GREE Holdings raised its full-year revenue forecast for the fiscal year ending June 2027 to ¥57 billion. Revenue is expected to increase by approximately ¥6 billion as RINDO Entertainment becomes a consolidated subsidiary following the additional acquisition of its shares.
On 28 September 2026, GREE Holdings raised its full-year consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending June 2027, increasing revenue by ¥6 billion from the previously announced ¥51 billion to ¥57 billion. Operating profit was left unchanged at ¥3.9 billion. The main reason for the upward revision was the consolidation of RINDO Entertainment as a subsidiary following the additional acquisition of its shares.
Under the revised forecast, full-year revenue is expected to exceed the previous fiscal year's actual result, representing an increase of approximately 11.8%. In the previous fiscal year, the fiscal year ended June 2026, revenue was ¥51.324 billion and operating profit was ¥4.026 billion.
The consolidation of RINDO Entertainment as a subsidiary follows REALITY Studios' capital and business alliance with the company in March 2026. RINDO Entertainment is said to be seeking to enhance its operations by working with the merchandising and event-management expertise operated by GREE Holdings' REALITY Studios. RINDO Entertainment is scheduled to become a consolidated subsidiary through the additional share acquisition, while its impact on consolidated operating profit is currently expected to be limited.
