Korean AI solutions company GMISSION announced that it has signed a total of 9 business agreements since 2023 in 5 countries: Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Laos. It plans to develop overseas markets by working with local companies and leveraging document-processing automation and video analytics technology.
In Japan, the company signed an agreement with a local company in March 2024 to promote AI fax adoption. At an IT exhibition in October 2025, it introduced DXHUND, a document-processing system powered by a large language model, and RETRIEVER, a system for searching and analysing internal data. It will leverage government support programs for overseas expansion and cooperation with local companies as the foundation for its international operations.
In 2026, the company is considering cooperation with Kyocera in Japan in the multifunction printer and document-processing fields, and exchanged views with SBI Investment on building relationships with Japan's investment and financial industries. It is continuing discussions with a systems development company under a major Japanese logistics group on demonstration testing of AI document-processing technology and business cooperation. In October 2026, it is scheduled to exhibit the AX Intelligent Document Platform at Japan IT Week Autumn.
