coconala Inc. and AI security company Elith have jointly established the joint venture 株式会社ココナラエリス to address AI safety. Established on 1 November 2026, the company will plan, develop and sell products based on the GENFLUX series.
coconala Inc. announced that it established the joint venture 株式会社ココナラエリス with AI security company Elith effective 1 November 2026. 株式会社ココナラエリス will provide products and services to corporate customers that combine the resources of both companies to enhance AI safety.
The new company will combine coconala's corporate customer base with Elith's AI research and development and product development capabilities to plan, develop and sell products for the safe use of AI. Its key initiatives include visualizing, controlling and logging shadow AI, as well as assessing the quality of AI responses.
The joint venture is named ココナラエリス, with coconala holding a 51% ownership interest and Elith holding 49%. It will be located in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, established on 1 November 2026, and have capital of ¥10 million. Its business activities will be the evaluation and verification of AI safety, and AI agent-related businesses.
As part of its management structure, Suzuki Ayumu (鈴木歩) will concurrently serve as representative director, president and CEO, while Elith's VP of Product will serve as a director. The fiscal year-end will be August, and information on the website and elsewhere will be based on Elith's AI-related business.
