Launch of the second-generation HYPERWARP speed racing shoe series

Four models designed for uses ranging from racing to training have been added to the lineup, and the launch dates and sales channels for HYPERWARP PURE 2, HYPERWARP ELITE 2, HYPERWARP RACER and HYPERWARP PACER have been announced. The models are scheduled to be sold through the official online store, directly operated stores and selected retailers.

PURE 2 has been redesigned with a focus on reducing weight. The new Mizuno ENERZY XP+ material is used throughout the midsole, increasing the forefoot and heel stack heights by 3.5mm each to 35.0mm and 38.0mm, respectively. Weight is approximately 135g per shoe in size 27.0cm. The Smooth Speed Plate has been extended 8mm toward the forefoot to enhance propulsion, and the upper uses TPEE woven material.

ELITE 2 uses ENERZY XP+ in the top midsole and ENERZY XP in the bottom midsole, with a forefoot stack height of 36.0mm and a heel stack height of 39.0mm. Weight is approximately 160g. As with PURE 2, the plate has been extended 8mm toward the front. The sole has a flat profile to provide stability, while the upper uses engineered mesh.

RACER uses ENERZY XP+ on the medial side and ENERZY NXT+ on the lateral side of the midsole, with a forefoot stack height of 34.0mm and a heel stack height of 37.0mm. Weight is approximately 200g. It features a Smart Speed Plate and is positioned as the company's first carbon-plated model with a design that limits rigidity. The upper uses engineered mesh.

PACER is a non-plated training model that uses ENERZY NXT in the midsole, with a forefoot stack height of 32.5mm and a heel stack height of 35.5mm. Weight is approximately 205g. A shank insert replaces the plate to increase midfoot rigidity and stability.

The domestic sales target is 20,000 pairs. The series as a whole is expected to be sold through the official Mizuno online store, directly operated stores and selected retailers.
