Kineie revised upward its non-consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending January 2027. It raised its forecast for operating profit from ¥230 million to ¥265 million, resulting in a plan for a narrower year-on-year decline. The revision was attributed to the contribution from hit films that exceeded expectations in its cinema and amusement business.
Natoco revised upward its consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending October 2026. It raised its operating profit forecast from ¥1.45 billion to ¥2.03 billion, projecting a substantial year-on-year increase. The factors cited were higher sales in its coatings and distillation businesses and steady progress on individual projects in its fine chemicals business.
Sogo Shoken revised upward its earnings plan for the fiscal year ending July 2026. While it raised its consolidated operating profit forecast from ¥210 million to ¥315 million, it also indicated that profit was expected to decline year on year. The company cited the penetration of digitalization proposals among customers in the commercial printing-related field as a contributing factor.
