A free online seminar has been announced to explain, with real-world examples, the “visible” and “hidden” risks facing website operations as zero-click search driven by generative AI becomes more widespread.
As zero-click search becomes widespread as a new form of search results in the age of generative AI, a seminar has been announced to explain, with examples, the reality of the overt and less visible threats arising in website operations. From the perspective of communication design, the speakers are scheduled to present specific examples, including brand damage and copyright disputes.
The seminar will organize and examine “visible risks,” such as brand damage caused by AI hallucinations and declining website traffic, and “hidden risks,” such as quietly developing changes in page-view trends. It is also expected to explain website evaluation metrics in the age of zero-click search.
The seminar will be held from 11:00 to 12:00 on 29 October 2026. Participation is free, and the seminar will be streamed online via Zoom. Details of how to attend will be provided in an email sent after registration, along with contact information for cases in which the email does not arrive.
The speaker will be Masaya Okamoto (岡本昌也) of Mirai Works Inc.’s Planning and Strategy Department and Communication Design Team. The description states that he has experience with the TBWA group, which has worked on Nissan catalog production, and that he is involved in web consulting and the integration of brand experiences.
The seminar will be co-hosted by Mirai Works Inc. and Tokio Marine Nichido Partners Co., Ltd. Its content is positioned as useful for risk management in web operations and for considering digital marketing policies.
