NTT shares rose again, reaching a high not seen in nearly a year. Investor interest is increasing following reports that a major securities firm raised its target price.
NTT shares, the stock of NTT Group's holding company, extended their gains and reached a year-to-date high.
As of 2:03 p.m., the shares were up ¥4.7 from the previous day, or approximately 2.9%.
It was also reported that a major securities firm had raised its target price.
The high was the first level seen in nearly a year, since 20 August 2025.
