MEEQ Inc. joined ATBeX as an interconnection partner, making the MEEQ private network's direct gateway available via ATBeX. The nationwide ATBeX network will reduce the effort required for deployment.
MEEQ Inc. announced that it had joined ATBeX, a network platform service provided by At Tokyo, as an interconnection partner. As a result, the private network of its MEEQ IoT/DX platform service will be available as a direct gateway via ATBeX.
Previously, customers deploying the direct gateway had to procure and connect dedicated lines and other connections individually, creating a burden in terms of work. The service will now be accessible from locations nationwide via ATBeX facilities equipped with connection points. ATBeX operates in major cities including Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Sapporo, Hiroshima, Takamatsu and Okinawa.
This partnership will make it easier to deploy the MEEQ private network's direct gateway from locations across Japan. Use of ATBeX requires a separate contract with At Tokyo and payment of usage fees.
MEEQ Inc. said it will continue expanding the MEEQ IoT/DX platform and strengthening cooperation with external platforms, supporting the development of secure communications environments.
