TKP announced consolidated net profit of ¥2.4 billion for the six months ended August 2026, up 51% year on year, and said it would pay a ¥30-per-share dividend for the first time in the fiscal year ending February 2027.
TKP's consolidated net profit for the six months from March through August 2026 rose 51% from the previous period to ¥2.4 billion. The company cited firm demand for rental offices, primarily rental meeting rooms, as a contributing factor.
Revenue for the period was ¥69.4 billion, up 39% year on year, while operating profit was ¥4.6 billion, up 44%. The new structure at a subsidiary that advanced the integration of the wedding business, along with demand for training and seminars, also contributed.
The full-year forecasts for the fiscal year ending February 2027 were left unchanged. Revenue is expected to rise 28% from the previous fiscal year to ¥146.0 billion, while net profit is forecast at ¥4.0 billion. The previous fiscal year was expected to post a decline in final profit because of the absence of gains from real estate sales.
