Sparticle's GBase has announced a new feature that advances its AI meeting-minutes function and significantly reduces post-meeting work time. It supports multiple languages and knowledge storage, enabling end-to-end use of meeting records.
Sparticle has enhanced the AI meeting-minutes function of its AI knowledge workspace, GBase, and announced new features to streamline the preparation of minutes after meetings. The system automatically generates minutes from a recording alone and stores them as knowledge. This is expected to make the management of sales and meeting records faster and more accurate.
A key feature of the new functionality is that it converts the entire meeting into a searchable knowledge asset, rather than simply turning the recording into minutes. Multilingual transcription, including Japanese, English and Chinese, automatic speaker separation, template-based minutes, AI summarization and knowledge storage are provided as an integrated workflow.
A major objective is to reduce the time spent processing sales meetings and other meetings afterward. Previously, considerable time was spent rewriting notes and sharing them, but GBase completes transcription from recordings, minute preparation, knowledge storage and the next action on a single platform. In particular, it is expected to reduce the time required for each sales meeting.
In terms of security, the system emphasizes that GBase OnPrem can transcribe and summarize meeting audio in a closed network environment without sending it externally. The company plans to continue automating the organization and conversion of meeting records into knowledge, while expanding their use, including conversion into AI slides.
