NSJAPAN has launched on-site overseas expansion support, providing end-to-end assistance on a performance-based fee model, from trade show participation and sales visits to generating orders. In its first case, the company supported LOC's expansion in Bali, Indonesia, generating approximately ¥7 million in orders during a single visit.
NSJAPAN has launched a new on-site support service for companies targeting overseas markets. In addition to conducting online market research, its sales team travels to the local market to provide end-to-end support, including trade show participation, flyer distribution, securing appointments, arranging business meetings and generating orders. The company has stated that the service is provided on a performance-based fee model, with its initial engagement involving support for LOC's overseas expansion.
The first case was conducted in Bali, Indonesia. LOC's manga creative materials were showcased at a trade show attended by approximately 2,500 people, followed by on-site sales visits after the event. This led to approximately ¥7 million in orders being generated during a single overseas visit. The company said that raising awareness locally and creating offline points of contact in the market led to the orders.
The initiative showed that Japanese companies' participation in overseas trade shows itself is likely to attract attention, and that even venture companies may be able to establish offline contacts with Japanese major companies, banks and media outlets with which they have difficulty connecting in Japan. NSJAPAN said it will focus on building local sales assets and plans to expand into Western markets after ASEAN.
