FIIO announced that its closed-back Snowsky NATURE headphones are scheduled for release on 17 October. They feature a large 50 mm dynamic driver and a Japanese-made carbon-black diaphragm.
Snowsky NATURE is a pair of closed-back headphones equipped with a large 50 mm dynamic driver and a Japanese-made composite carbon-black diaphragm. The diaphragm consists of a 19 μm PET layer and a 30 μm TPU layer, while the high-performance magnetic circuit incorporates a high-strength magnet and a high-tensile copper-wire voice coil.
For the design and tuning, the driver parameters were refined 8 times and the acoustic chamber 15 times, incorporating approximately 1,000 items of user feedback. The faceplate features a wood-grain finish created using water-transfer printing.
The headphones feature a sliding self-adjusting headband and quick-release ear pads. The connection terminals are independent dual 3.5 mm TRS connectors on the left and right sides. They also support 4.4 mm balanced connections with an optional cable. The cable is detachable, and a cable with a microphone and in-line remote is included as standard.
Key specifications include an impedance of 24 Ω and sensitivity of 101 dB/mW. The unit weighs approximately 280 g. Available colors are black (Snowsky NATURE Black) and apricot (Snowsky NATURE Apricot), with an indicative market price of approximately ¥6,930.
