Kusuri no Aoki and On the Page will jointly hold a seminar and HR networking event on building the candidate pool and maintaining students' interest in the very early autumn and winter recruitment stage. The event will be held for recruitment professionals at ONE AOYAMA in Akasaka, Tokyo, on 6 November, with practical knowledge shared from the front lines.
The first session will be a panel discussion featuring current recruitment professionals. Kusuri no Aoki, which specialises in building the candidate pool, and On the Page, which specialises in improving recruitment conversion rates and data analysis, will discuss practical know-how for succeeding in very early autumn and winter recruitment.
The second session will be an offline-only HR networking event, where participants will exchange information on other companies' early-stage initiatives, ways to build the candidate pool and measures to prevent withdrawals.
The event will take place from 19:00 to 21:00 on Friday, 6 November 2026, with registration from 18:30. The venue is Studio B, 16F, ONE AOYAMA. The co-hosts are HR Cloud Co., Ltd. and VECTOR INC. Speakers are Yoshito Hiruta (蛭田善斗), head of graduate recruitment at Kusuri no Aoki, and Tetsushi Maeno (前野徹志), general manager of the Human Resources Development Department at On the Page. The facilitator is Kaneko (金子), and the event is hosted by VECTOR INC. × HR Cloud.
