福岡リート投資法人 announced its earnings after the market close on 20 October, reporting ordinary profit of ¥3.93 billion for the fiscal year ending August 2026, down 1.8% year on year.
At the same time, it was reported that ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending February 2027 is forecast at ¥3.9 billion, down 0.8% year on year and essentially flat.
Regarding distributions, the company indicated a policy of increasing the previous-period distribution from ¥4,000 to ¥4,075, and set a policy of maintaining the current-period distribution at ¥4,040.
