Sega Sammy Phoenix, operated by Sega Sammy Holdings, announced that it had selected 1 partner for the 2026-27 season. The opening day has been set for 14 September, and preparations are under way for league matches from that date.
Days Co., Ltd. was selected as the partner. The company focuses on event planning and production, and also handles everything from the design of interiors and signs to their production and installation.
Representative director Kobayashi Eiichiro (小林瑛一郎) said he was “extremely pleased and honoured” to enter into the partnership, and expressed the significance of conveying the thoughts of Sega Sammy Phoenix’s players and fans, as well as the excitement of mahjong, through Days’ creative capabilities.
