Through LAPRAS Global Bridge, the companies will establish a framework for supplying talent with strong English and communication skills.
LAPRAS Inc. has entered into a business partnership with Busan-based Skywill International in South Korea. Through its overseas talent recruitment support service, LAPRAS Global Bridge, LAPRAS plans to begin introducing highly skilled global talent to Japanese companies under the partnership.
Skywill is a training academy specializing in the recruitment of cabin crew and ground staff for foreign-affiliated airlines. It provides English interview preparation and AI-powered mock interview programs to improve participants' communication and logical thinking skills, with the aim of supplying talent to the Japanese market.
Skywill has experience running internship programs in cooperation with South Korea's Ministry of Employment and Labor. By leveraging its talent pool in the Busan and Gyeongsang region, it is said to be able to access untapped pools of highly skilled talent. LAPRAS will use this talent pool to strengthen recruitment support for job-ready global talent.
Going forward, LAPRAS is said to aim to support the growth of Japanese companies through talent by accelerating the matching of global talent with Japanese companies.
