Cosmos Initia, part of the Daiwa House Industry Group, will open the shared office “MID POINT Ryogoku” in the Ryogoku area on 20 August 2026. The facility features contemporary space design for individual users incorporating elements of Japanese culture.
A new shared office, “MID POINT Ryogoku,” will open in the Ryogoku area near the Ryogoku Kokugikan. Opening on 20 August 2026, it will offer a range of workspaces, including private rooms for individual users, a lounge with monitors and coworking desks, with a design intended to make it easy to concentrate even when working alone.
The space will be designed around a contemporary interpretation of Japanese cultural elements. It features a calm interior incorporating wood and views of the Ryogoku Kokugikan through the windows. Private rooms and individual workstations with windows will accommodate increasingly diverse working styles.
To commemorate the opening, MID POINT’s first sponsored banners are scheduled to be displayed at the September 2026 Grand Sumo Tournament. The banners will be displayed at the Ryogoku Kokugikan and will read “MID POINT.”
The property is located on the 8th–11th floors of the Eiko Building at 3-25-8 Ryogoku, Sumida-ku, Tokyo. It is a 1-minute walk from the East Exit of Ryogoku Station and a 5-minute walk from the Toei Oedo Line. Move-in will begin on 20 August 2026. The office includes 20 coworking desks and 35 private rooms for individual users, among other facilities.
The available plans include the ROOM plan, which allows 24-hour use and corporate registration, and coworking plans. Plans that provide access to the lounge will also be available.
