The award was based on their creation of a new sales model leveraging AWS Marketplace and their contribution to market expansion.
SB C&S and AWS Japan jointly received the “Ecosystem Award Japan 2026 - Hybrid Cloud Everywhere” at Red Hat Ecosystem Success Day 2026, hosted by Red Hat. The award recognizes efforts to advance Red Hat’s hybrid cloud strategy and expand customers’ use of cloud services through collaboration with partners, with the creation of a sales model leveraging AWS Marketplace and contributions to market expansion among the areas evaluated.
SB C&S supported the creation of a new sales channel by serving between Red Hat and its sales partners and handling sales, billing and contracting operations through AWS Marketplace, while making use of the existing partners’ distribution channels. This expanded opportunities to propose and provide Red Hat products to customers and established a framework that contributes to the adoption of hybrid cloud by businesses.
