OTSUKA CORPORATION will begin offering the DX Integration Package-Linked AI Agent, a new service that integrates core business systems with AI, on 14 September 2026. The service connects in real time with on-premises databases, enabling advanced data analysis using natural language.
OTSUKA CORPORATION will launch the DX Integration Package-Linked AI Agent, a new service that integrates core business systems with AI. The service is an extension of Tayoreru Business AI Agent and enables real-time connectivity with databases in on-premises environments. Users can analyze sales data and visualize sales, order, purchasing and daily sales report data in a chat-based interface.
A key feature of the new service is its direct access to core business data via an MCP connector. It consists of 2 components: a sales analysis agent and a sales support agent. The sales analysis agent supports the detection of sales fluctuations, identification of cross-selling opportunities and discovery of prospective customers for new products, while the sales support agent automates the preparation of standardized materials based on daily sales report data.
In terms of domestic market trends, Japan’s AI market is forecast to grow 28% year on year to approximately ¥1.2 trillion in 2026, while the integration of ERP and AI is spreading across the industry. OTSUKA CORPORATION entered into a capital and business alliance with JAPAN AI in August 2026 and aims to sell the service to 60 companies within 12 months of launch as it strategically strengthens the integration of core business operations and AI.
The company plans to gradually expand the range of agents that integrate with core business systems, continuing to broaden the use of operational data and promote digital transformation.
