Straker Japan announced that it had formed an AI partnership with IBM Japan and would proceed with developing a next-generation multilingual content platform for businesses. The partnership aims to improve the efficiency and quality of multilingual content production and disclosure operations by businesses through the use of AI technologies and operational infrastructure.
The companies plan to strengthen support for English-language disclosure by Japanese companies through an AI multilingual content service called SwiftBridge AI. They will adopt a “Human-in-the-loop” model that combines automation using AI agents with human review, with the aim of achieving both quality and regulatory compliance.
IBM Japan will support the coordination of AI agents and the establishment of governance by using technologies including watsonx Orchestrate, watsonx.governance and IBM API Connect. By combining their respective strengths, the two companies are expected to advance and enhance multilingual content services for businesses and bring them into practical use.
Through this initiative, businesses can expect greater efficiency and improved quality in multilingual content production and English-language disclosure, which may also help strengthen communication with overseas investors and global stakeholders.
