SI Group announced the appointment of Marcello Boldrini as its new CEO and said that his start date will be 19 October 2026. The CEO position will change from David Bradley, who has held it since 2019, to Boldrini.
Boldrini previously served as CEO of Kraton Corporation and has leadership experience across multiple regions, including Europe and the United States. During his tenure at Kraton, he established a Transformation Office that drove growth and transformation and supported EBITDA improvement.
Boldrini will reside in the Houston area, while SI Group's headquarters is located in The Woodlands, Texas. Director Daryl Roberts commented that Boldrini's experience will contribute to strengthening the company's performance going forward.
