Nisshinbo Holdings announced that its subsidiary 日本無線 will acquire the water infrastructure business for municipalities and electric power companies held by Panasonic Connect.
The acquisition is expected to take place in April next year, and 日本無線 in Nakano, Tokyo, is expected to handle the business.
