Aidem Global renewed its agreement for a joint education program with Hanoi University of Science and Technology, a Vietnamese university specializing in science and engineering. The program has been conducted since 2018, and this signing ceremony marked the acceptance of the 9th cohort and the implementation of the program over the next 2 years.
The joint education program develops the skills needed to work for Japanese companies and provides a curriculum of 500 hours per year over 2 years. It is open to 3rd-, 4th- and 5th-year bachelor's degree students seeking employment in Japan. Japanese-language instruction begins at the beginner N5/N4 level, with the program targeting N3 proficiency in the second year.
In addition to Japanese-language education, the curriculum covers business etiquette at Japanese companies and an understanding of Japanese culture. Students in the program take part in internships at Japanese companies in Japan, with the aim of promoting mutual understanding between students and companies.
Through August 2026, a cumulative total of 120 students who had completed the program had received job offers from Japanese companies. Graduates use their advanced expertise and strong motivation to learn as strengths in working as core personnel at a range of companies in Japan.
