Nanto Bank announced that it would raise interest rates on yen-denominated time deposits by up to 0.3%, effective 2 November. The products covered are Super Time Deposit and Super Time Deposit 300. The increases will range from 0.075% to 0.3%, resulting in rates of 0.55% for 1-month deposits, 0.6% for 1-year deposits, 0.75% for 3-year deposits and 1.1% for 5-year deposits.
