SIIX reported increases in revenue and operating income for the interim period of the fiscal year ending December 2026 and raised its full-year forecasts. The company improved its earnings profile by closing its Hungarian plant and reducing inventories and interest-bearing debt, and presented a strategic concept toward the next mid-term management plan.
SIIX is a service company centered on EMS, providing end-to-end services from component procurement to logistics and maintenance, with manufacturing and sales bases in 14 countries worldwide. Its products cover a broad range of areas, including automotive, industrial, consumer electronics and information equipment, and it manages its finances across diverse segments by region and product category.
For the interim period of the fiscal year ending December 2026, revenue was ¥150,733 million, up 5.5% year on year, while operating income was ¥5,576 million, up 16.8%. The company closed its Hungarian plant to improve profitability in Europe and continued reducing inventories, fixed assets and interest-bearing debt. Accordingly, it projects full-year revenue of ¥310,000 million, up 7.1% from the previous fiscal year, and operating income of ¥10,500 million, up 18.6%.
The company’s strengths are its one-stop services and global network. Leveraging its procurement capabilities and manufacturing expertise, which enable local sourcing and local delivery, it has secured a leading share of the domestic market and a globally significant share of the automotive EMS market. It has also established a framework to support customers from the development and design stages through collaboration with technology partners.
Although the numerical targets in its mid-term plan were expected to go unmet amid a slowdown in the EV market and volatility in the Chinese market, the company introduced a strategic concept in 2025 and began making course corrections toward its next mid-term management plan. It is pursuing long-term stable growth, higher value added and diversification of its business portfolio as its 5 strategic pillars.
