Safie conducted a technical verification project with Neural Group. The companies announced an initiative to connect cloud-based video to an AI analytics platform and test analytics functions without replacing dedicated equipment or carrying out new installation work. This makes clear the shift from simply “storing” camera footage to creating value through analytics.
Safie provides a video platform that enables companies to use footage stored in the cloud for decision-making and operational improvements. Since the start of 2026, the company has begun shifting its focus from storing video to judgment and analytics. The technical verification project with Neural Group is positioned as a symbol of this move.
The technical verification connected Safie’s cloud-based video to Neural Group’s AI analytics platform and confirmed that parking availability could be analyzed without replacing the cameras with dedicated AI cameras or carrying out new wiring work. The companies also expect to expand the collaboration beyond parking facilities into areas such as people-flow analysis and license plate recognition.
However, the phrase “from selling and being done to earning through analytics” requires some qualification. Safie has historically operated a recurring billing model based on cloud recording and is not a business that simply sells cameras and ends the relationship. The key question is whether the company can add AI and business applications to cameras that have already been installed, thereby building usage value and recurring revenue.
