Kakutoku and the Yamagata Industrial Support Organization have begun collaborating on a market development support project for small and medium-sized enterprises in Yamagata Prefecture. The Yamagata Industrial Support Organization provides comprehensive support to small and medium-sized enterprises in the prefecture, including business management support, entrepreneurship promotion, technology development and human resources development, and will cooperate as part of an initiative to promote the development of new sales channels. The current initiative is intended to connect businesses facing sales-related challenges with Kakutoku’s sales professionals.
Kakutoku is a sales-matching platform supporting small and medium-sized enterprises nationwide. Approximately 20,000 freelance and side-business sales professionals and more than 600 sales outsourcing companies are registered on the platform, giving it the capability to quickly support businesses with sales reforms. Through this collaboration, small and medium-sized enterprises in Yamagata Prefecture will gain opportunities to use professional sales personnel through the platform.
An official of the Yamagata Industrial Support Organization noted that businesses in the prefecture are often facing labor shortages, particularly shortages of sales personnel. The official explained that using Kakutoku would enable businesses to use external specialists according to the required period and work, supplement their sales capabilities with minimal resources, support efforts to enter new businesses and markets, and contribute to the sustainable development of local businesses.
