NTT HumanEX and コクー have launched a collaboration and will offer 2 packages combining NTT HumanEX’s e-learning with コクー’s hands-on workshops featuring ongoing support. The packages, named the DX Promotion Starter Package and Generative AI Starter Package, provide integrated support from acquiring foundational knowledge through embedding it in practice.
As Japan’s working-age population declines, the IT talent shortfall in 2030 is projected to reach approximately 790,000 at its peak. While companies are advancing the adoption of DX tools and generative AI, embedding their use in the workplace remains a challenge. To overcome these barriers to implementation and adoption, a customer success function that supports both the systematic acquisition of knowledge and its application in the workplace is considered essential.
The packages comprise ① the DX Promotion Starter Package, which combines training through “DX Begins!” with workshops on DX strategy and business-process redesign, and ② the Generative AI Starter Package, which combines training through “Generative AI Begins!” with workshops on business-process redesign. By drawing on each company’s strengths, the packages aim to enable rapid implementation and the creation of outputs linked to each company’s specific challenges.
コクー has trained more than 4,000 digital talent professionals to date and aims to develop 330,000 DX professionals under VISION 2030. NTT HumanEX’s strength lies in providing solutions that support the realization of human capital management. By integrating the 2 companies’ programs, the companies say they will support participants from “understanding” to “being able to do,” and ultimately through to the stage of generating results.
