A system development center, 「ラキール呉」, has been established in Kure City, with plans to introduce Tokyo-level compensation. The starting salary is ¥300,000 per month, and annual earnings of more than ¥10 million may be possible depending on performance.
The LaKeel Group has established a wholly owned subsidiary, 「ラキール呉」, as a new development center a few minutes' walk from Kure Station. Nearly 10 IT engineers currently work there, and the company aims to build a team of more than 100 in the future.
The system development and operations platform provided by the company, 「LaKeel DX」, uses a component-based development approach, allowing components to be replaced and reused individually. Its key feature is the ability to combine previously created and tested components, reducing the effort required to develop systems from scratch and enabling design, implementation and evaluation to be carried out in short cycles.
The company says that combining the platform with the AI-powered application 「LaKeel Blu」 could reduce development effort by up to 70%. An AI agent analyzes existing systems and generates documentation, while people supplement the necessary information, enabling the automatic generation of requirements definition documents and other materials.
As part of its Tokyo-level compensation package, the starting salary is ¥300,000 per month, with annual earnings of more than ¥10 million expected to be within reach depending on performance. Employee benefits include free beverages, a relaxation room and facilities intended to promote a healthy lifestyle.
