Hitachi Systems is introducing hands-on VR maintenance, AI and security content at the co-creation space “DX Smart Lounge” to visualise customer challenges and share concrete visions for solutions. It will offer demonstrations of the latest technologies at its Tokyo and Osaka locations.
The co-creation space “DX Smart Lounge” will introduce hands-on content including a function that uses VR to demonstrate maintenance services enhanced by AI, a demonstration of an AI assistant for manufacturers and security scenario simulations. The aim is to visualise customer challenges in the field and present a concrete picture of operations after implementation.
The 3 types of hands-on content include training in social infrastructure maintenance using VR, a remote maintenance demonstration, an AI assistant demonstration for manufacturers and a security scenario based on a ransomware attack. The content is designed to let users experience Hitachi Systems' strength in “domain knowledge × AI.”
Going forward, the company plans to collaborate with the co-creation facilities of Hitachi Group companies, expand the hands-on content and provide value across the group. DX Smart Lounge aims to deepen dialogue with customers and share more practical visions for service implementation.
Hitachi Systems has indicated that themes such as the use of AI, data utilisation and security measures are expanding according to DX Trends 2026, and has stated its policy of strengthening support for solving customer challenges through hands-on content.
