ファインズ announced the full-scale rollout of its HR business. It entered the HR sector through M&A in 2026, launched the business in earnest on 29 September, and will transition to a structure combining video DX with recruitment services.
ファインズ conducted M&A in the fiscal year ended June 2026 to enter the HR sector and announced its policy of transitioning to a “comprehensive DX support company” integrating digital support with recruitment support. This will establish a two-pillar structure comprising its existing DX business and the HR business, with the full-scale launch formally announced on 29 September.
Against a backdrop of worsening labour shortages among SMEs, the company will strengthen its structure for improving recruitment efficiency and securing talent. ファインズ intends to support customers’ recruitment success by applying its expertise in recruitment support using video marketing and AI technology, while expanding into recruitment services and recruitment process outsourcing.
