To significantly strengthen its managed services business, the SCSK Group will integrate Net One Systems’ managed services business with SCSK’s data center operations and shift to a next-generation operating model using AI. The integration will take place effective 1 October 2026, with a target of ¥230 billion in revenue for fiscal 2030.
Ahead of the planned merger of SCSK and Net One Systems in April 2027, the SCSK Group announced that it would integrate Net One Systems’ managed services business and SCSK’s data center operations services into SSM, with the aim of growing its managed services business. The integration will take place effective 1 October 2026, with the goal of establishing a lifecycle operating structure spanning hybrid cloud, networks and data centers. The Group will also accelerate the shift to a next-generation operating model using AI and seek to enhance the value delivered to customers.
As the background to the integration, the Group outlined a policy of providing integrated support across 3 areas, defensive IT, offensive IT and IT governance, in response to increasingly sophisticated and complex IT environments and a shortage of personnel capable of advancing digital transformation. The SCSK Group will provide comprehensive support for customers’ IT strategies by coordinating defensive IT for stable operations and security, offensive IT that encourages in-house development, and IT governance aimed at optimizing IT investment.
