Tsukemen featuring pork and dried sardines will return for one month from 1 October at all Tsukemen TETSU locations in the Kanto region. Extra vegetables are available free of charge at 400 g, and the price is ¥1,200.
Tsukemen TETSU will bring back its Tsukemen Pork and Dried Sardine, combining a rich broth made with pork bones and dried sardines with a special back-fat topping, for one month from 1 October through 31 October. It will be available at all Tsukemen TETSU locations in the Kanto region, excluding certain locations.
The dish features the flavour of dried sardines added to a rich pork-bone-based broth, with tare and seasoned back fat providing punch and depth.
