キユーソー流通システム completed the procedures to acquire a 51.6% stake in Indian temperature-controlled logistics company Coldrush Logistics Private Limited as of 1 September.
In India, demand for cold-chain logistics is growing alongside the spread of dairy products and frozen foods, driven by the country’s large population and economic growth.
By bringing Coldrush into the group, the companies will combine Coldrush’s customer base with キユーソー流通システム’s temperature-control technology to accelerate the development of a high-quality cold-chain logistics network across India.
