An online seminar explaining an operational reform model combining municipal AX and BPO following the transition to standardized systems will be held on 22 October 2026. The program aims to allocate employees to core duties by using AI and outsourcing.
For local governments that have completed the main phase of transitioning their core business systems to standardized systems, this seminar presents ways to advance front-yard and back-yard reforms while leveraging the results of standardization. It introduces an operational reform model that combines AI adoption (AX) with BPO, rather than focusing solely on DX.
The presentations will explain current AX trends, the reform challenges local governments should address, and the keys to reducing employee workloads and improving resident satisfaction through AX and BPO. Examples include tax-related BPO initiatives advancing the use of AX.
The program is scheduled to include opening remarks, an overview of the situation after the transition to standardized systems and the challenges of the post-transition period, the current state of front-yard reform, and introductions to AX+BPO services, including trans-Xsynk, Vottia, AI Trainer, and AI agents for local governments using Gennai OSS.
The event is co-hosted by トランスコスモス株式会社 and transcosmos online communications Co., Ltd. It will be held online and is described as a free event requiring advance registration.
