資さん (Kitakyushu) announced that Ito Hideki (伊藤英記), managing executive officer and head of the Sales Division, will become president effective 1 November. Sakita Haruyoshi (崎田晴義) will become chairman without the right to represent the company.
資さん, a subsidiary of major restaurant operator すかいらーくホールディングス, announced that Ito Hideki (伊藤英記) will become president of 資さん effective 1 November. Sakita Haruyoshi (崎田晴義) will move to the position of chairman without the right to represent the company, and the allocation of roles within the すかいらーく group will be reviewed from the same date.
Ito was born in Yamaguchi Prefecture and joined 資さん in 2019. After serving as deputy store manager at a store in Kitakyushu, he held positions including general manager of the Human Resources Department and head of the Product Division. He has served as managing executive officer and head of the Sales Division since January 2024.
As part of personnel changes within the すかいらーく HD group, the parent company of 資さん, Sakita will also serve as president of すかいらーくレストランツ from 16 November. Along with the change in 資さん's president, some personnel assignments within the group will therefore be changed.
