Aji no Min-Tei will launch the special “Shichi-Go-San Set Meal” for the Shichi-Go-San celebration as a limited-time, reservation-only offering. The sales period is 30 days from Sunday, 1 November 2026 to Monday, 30 November. The price is ¥2,500 including tax, and the meal will be available at 50 Aji no Min-Tei restaurants nationwide. Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
The Shichi-Go-San Set Meal centers on the restaurant’s signature hand-stretched udon and combines popular children’s dishes such as sashimi, tempura, hamburger steak and chawanmushi in a balanced special menu. It is intended as a celebratory family meal.
The explanation of the hand-stretching process describes kneading flour, water and salt, extending the dough into rods and completing the process over more than 30 hours. It also explains the characteristic mouthfeel and elasticity of the udon.
As part of its sustainability initiatives, the company also participates in the Red Cup Campaign, which donates a portion of sales from Sagami Japanese Noodle Restaurants and Aji no Min-Tei to the UN World Food Programme.
