The lineup consists of 3 varieties: the Demi Menchi-katsu Set Meal, featuring demi-glace sauce; the Loin & Menchi-katsu Set Meal, combined with Matsunoya’s loin cutlet; and the Uma-Toma Menchi-katsu Set Meal, combining the popular Uma-Toma sauce. Each set meal combines the texture of the meat with the flavor of the sauce.
