ネッスー and Plenus are carrying out a project to donate recyclable plastic containers to children's cafeterias and other organizations, using part of the purchase proceeds from eco-label-certified containers used by the bento chain Hotto Motto. During Phase I of FY2026, in August and September, a total of 11,100 containers were donated to 32 organizations in the Tokyo metropolitan area, Fukuoka Prefecture and Oita Prefecture.
A total of 12,600 containers will be delivered in stages during Phase II from 5 November, with a plan to donate approximately 30,000 containers in total during the fiscal year.
In addition to supporting the operation of children's cafeterias, the initiative aims to provide children with an opportunity to learn about resource recycling in a familiar setting.
