Wellness Communications Corporation is expanding from corporate health-check reservations and progress management into areas including employee evaluations and development and medical consultations. In December 2025, it acquired a new business using organizational psychology and AI, and in February 2026 it made the HR consulting company Ashita no Team a subsidiary.
In October 2026, it decided to acquire a stress-check business and announced plans to invest jointly with leading call-center operator BellSystem24 Holdings in a call center providing health and medical consultations.
This move can be viewed as an effort by Wellness Communications Corporation to integrate employee health management with HR and medical support through M&A and capital alliances.
