アサヒペン upwardly revised its consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the current fiscal year from ¥1.05 billion to ¥1.15 billion. It also announced that interim ordinary profit had been raised to ¥640 million.
アサヒペン announced revisions to its earnings forecast during the afternoon session on 19 October at 13:00. It raised its full-year consolidated ordinary profit forecast from ¥1.05 billion to ¥1.15 billion, a substantial increase from ¥730 million in the previous fiscal year. It also expects the growth rate in profit to expand significantly.
Consolidated ordinary profit for the first half (April–September) was revised upward from the previous forecast of ¥550 million to ¥640 million, and is now expected to increase from ¥350 million in the same period of the previous fiscal year.
The current fiscal-year earnings forecast was also revised, with revenue of ¥22.8 billion, operating profit of ¥1.05 billion, ordinary profit of ¥1.15 billion, net income of ¥680 million, earnings per share of ¥187.1 and a dividend of ¥60. The revision date is 2026-10-19.
The main reasons cited for the revision were the conversion of the 4-company 保土ヶ谷電子販売 group, which handles clock and watch accessories, into subsidiaries, and a temporary increase in demand for petroleum-derived products due to the situation in the Middle East. The company explained that the increase in revenue was behind the earnings revision.
