GREENS CO.,LTD. was registered under Mie Prefecture’s registration and awards program, the Mie Work Style Reform Promotion Company program (Mie Waku Companies). The program aims to promote work style reform throughout the local community, and registered companies publicly disclose their outstanding initiatives. Under the policies of its medium-term management plan, “GREENS SUSTAINABLE JOURNEY 2028,” GREENS CO.,LTD. is working to build systems that enable employees to play an active role and to develop its personnel policies. These efforts include support for balancing childcare and nursing care with work, maintaining and improving health, and career development support, as well as creating an environment where each employee can work comfortably and find fulfillment.
To accommodate the growing diversity of employees’ work styles, the company has established systems including flexible work locations and the “Traveller System,” which enables employees to gain experience across regions and stores. As systems supporting work-life balance, the company has also introduced a 7-day holiday program available twice a year, reduced non-scheduled working hours by establishing no-overtime days, and advanced initiatives that combine refreshment with improved productivity.
GREENS CO.,LTD. is also pursuing activities that support health management and the participation of diverse talent, including participation in the “Mie Tokowaka Health Management Company” program and the “Mie Prefecture Network of Companies Promoting the Employment of Persons with Disabilities.” It has also issued a CSR declaration positioning service and contribution to the local community as one of its corporate objectives.
