After the PTS daytime session on 14 October (08:20–16:30), trading completed after the TSE close at 3:30 p.m. totaled 2,729 issues. Compared with closing prices overall, 1,513 issues rose and 1,141 fell, indicating stronger buying. Trading in Nikkei 225 constituents totaled 225 issues, of which 140 rose and 80 fell. The NEXT FUNDS Nikkei 225 Leveraged Index-linked ETF was up ¥540, making it one of the top gainers.
Rankings based on closing-price changes were also published for the PTS market as a whole and Nikkei 225 constituents. The top gainers by percentage included stocks with strong profit growth, such as ①PRTIMES, ②Toyo Denki, ③Saizeriya, ④Cave and ⑤Elements. Among the top decliners were IDOM, Daito, Estrast, TONE and Material G.
