ABC-MART,INC. will launch adidas's first-ever recovery wear on 10 September, featuring world-class competing siblings Hifumi Abe (阿部 一二三) and Uta Abe (阿部 詩) in the commercial. Uta's dog, Poem, also took part in the shoot.
ABC-MART,INC. announced that adidas recovery wear, ADIDAS RECOVERY WEAR, will be available exclusively at ABC-MART group stores nationwide and the official online store from Thursday, 10 September 2026. The product is designed for everyday rest, including relaxing at home and sleeping, and features fabric blended with natural stone.
Judo athletes Hifumi Abe (阿部 一二三) and Uta Abe (阿部 詩) appear in the new commercial. The commercial shifts from their “on” state during competition to their “off” state at rest, and also features Uta’s dog, Poem. Videos showing behind-the-scenes footage of the shoot and interviews about the siblings’ time at rest are also scheduled for release.
The product’s key feature is crushed natural stone blended into the yarn, which emits far-infrared radiation in response to body temperature. It is also suitable for relaxing at home and during long journeys, and is described as offering a soft, comfortable feel that is easy to wear regardless of age or gender. The lineup consists of tops and long pants, with colours including LGHSOLIDGREY, BLACK and LEGEND INK, and sizes from XS to 3XL.
The product is priced at ¥6,490 including tax and will be sold through ABC-MART group stores and the official online store. Product details include photographs of each item, model profiles and gift suggestions for purchasers.
