Approximately 100 prospective employees attended the TOKAI Group’s pre-employment ceremony. After a video message was shown, President Oguri Katsuo (小栗 勝男) conveyed his expectations, and all prospective employees had their names called and received certificates.
Companies across the prefecture held their annual pre-employment ceremonies, bringing together students scheduled to join next fiscal year. Approximately 100 TOKAI Group prospective employees entered the venue to applause from senior employees.
Departmental video messages were shown at the ceremony, and TOKAI Holdings Representative Director and President Oguri Katsuo (小栗 勝男) expressed his expectations to the prospective employees.
The prospective employees spoke about their enthusiasm ahead of beginning their working lives next fiscal year. Takezawa Yasuto (竹澤 泰人), a fourth-year university student, said he wanted to use IT to solve local issues.
The pre-employment ceremony was held in October and positioned as a milestone before the start of their working lives.
