OCHI Holdings revised its consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the first half of fiscal 2026 (April–September) upward from the previous estimate of ¥800 million to ¥1.17 billion. Ordinary profit is expected to increase 46.3% year on year, while the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged.
OCHI Holdings announced an earnings revision after the close of trading on 28 October. It changed its consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter from the previous estimate of ¥800 million to ¥1.17 billion, revising net sales for the period to ¥60,400 million, operating profit to ¥880 million, and net income to ¥620 million.
The stated reason for the new revision was the ability to secure high profit margins in the Environmental Amenities business and other businesses. Operating profit, ordinary profit, and interim net income attributable to owners of the parent are all expected to exceed the previous estimates. However, the full-year earnings forecast itself remains unchanged from the figures announced on 8 May 2026.
